Who we are
This is a single handed independent practice our Dentist is Dr Ayub Pangarker BChD(UWC), PDD(US),MJDFRCS(Eng) who qualified from the University of western Cape South Africa in 1990 and additionally
The Royal College of surgeons in 2013. He is also a member of the Royal College of Surgeons and the British Dental Association. He has special interests in Aesthetics (restoring peoples smiles) and Oral Surgery.
As a caring practice we take all necessary precautions to safeguard both patients and staff against infection. we follow current recommended guide line with regard to sterilisation of instruments and infection control. where possible we make use of disposable instruments and materials.
Data Protection and Confidentiality
The practice undertakes to protect and safeguard all personal information which could identify you as an individual. we comply with the new General Data Protection Regulations whether information is held electronically or on paper it will remain confidential.
There is parking at the front of building there is a ramp leading to the front door. We are situated on the ground Floor with 1 step down to the surgery. Our toilet facilities are equipped to accommodate wheelchairs.
All patients are seen by appointment only, appointments can be made by contacting the office on 01474 321751 or email [email protected] co.uk We are open Monday's Tuesday's and Thursday's 10am - 5pm Wednesday's 2pm - 7pm Saturday's 9am - 12 noon please note we are closed on Fridays, Saturday's pm and Sundays.
If you are unable to keep your appointment please give us where possible at least 24 hours notice. This enables us to make alternative arrangements, perhaps to see someone in pain.
Please note:- Frequently missed /without notice/sufficient notice appointments will be charged for accordingly.
If for any reason the service provided to you does not meet with your satisfaction. we would like to know and have the opportunity to put things right. If in the event you have a complaint we do operate a complaints procedure enabling you to give us feedback on the treatment you received, which allows us to continually improve our standard of care.
